By downloading, installing, or using the Car Directory Myanmar mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
Car Directory Myanmar is a platform for users to browse and share automotive information, including car listings, crash reports, car business directories, and news articles. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You must not use the app to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
- Spam or post irrelevant content unrelated to automobiles.
- Impersonate other users or entities.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the app or its systems.
User Accounts
You may use the app anonymously or sign in with a Google or Facebook account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
User-Generated Content
By submitting posts, photos, or any content to Car Directory Myanmar, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the app.
All submitted content goes through an admin review process before being published. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content at our discretion without explanation.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit.
Content Removal and Recycle Bin
When you delete a post, it is moved to your Recycle Bin and permanently deleted after 10 days. You may recover or permanently delete posts from the Recycle Bin at any time before the 10-day period expires.
Permanently deleted content cannot be recovered.
Premium Features
Car Directory Myanmar offers optional premium features, such as featured listings, available through in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Premium features are subject to availability and may change at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and trademarks of Car Directory Myanmar are the property of the app developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the app without express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Car Directory Myanmar is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted by users, including crash reports, vehicle information, or business listings.
We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information found in the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Car Directory Myanmar and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on any content within it.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
